How it works

1. Request Repair

   Send us your enquiry using the form.

2. Send or drop off your radio

   4 Stanton Rd, Seven Hills NSW 2147. Please write your Case number on the outside of the package.

3. Assessment and quote

   An authorised technician will review your submission.

4. Repairs conducted

   Once approved, repairs are scheduled and returned to you within 3–5 days, depending on parts availability.

5. Repaired unit returned

   Once the repair is complete, you can pick it up or we'll send it back to you.
